Free Presentation - What is Chi Kung and how does it work? - DEVON

• Dates: Wednesday 30th April 2008
• Venue: St Mary's Church Hall, Dawlish Warren, Devon. Once you are in Dawlish Warren head for Beach Road. You will see a roundabout, do NOT go under the bridge, but take the 2nd right into the car park and head to the bottom of it. The hall is located on the right hand side.
• Time: 19:00 - 20:00 hours (7pm-8pm)

• Contents: I will explain clearly what Chi Kung (Qigong) is, how Chi Kung works, how it can bring great benefits to your health, vitality, mental clarity and why good health is your birthright. By making simple references to the Traditional Chinese Medicine model of health and vitality you will learn that there is only 1 illness. Discover what it is and how the practice of high level Chi Kung (Qigong) can cure it. There will be time at the end of the talk for you to ask your questions.
  
  My sincere objective is to show you a simple, direct and effective way to take back the responsibility for your good health and well being. This presentation is free because I believe that once you discover what the benefits of practicing high level chi kung are (not all chi kung is the same!) you will be happy to pay to learn this Art from me. Please Note: The course is taught in 3 parts. Each part is a self-contained course. There is no need to take them order. Each part will last 8 weeks, and will cover 6 of the 18 exercises. Thus, students can learn the complete Shaolin 18 Lohan Hands set over a period of 6 months.
