Shaolin 18 Exercises

I am very excited to be able to offer this course. At the time of writing I am the only instructor authorised to teach it. I consider this course to be the perfect stepping stone for those who would like to explore Wahnam Taijiquan and Shaolin Kung Fu. Many of the 18 patterns are taken directly from Wahnam Taijiquan and Shaolin Kung Fu. We will practice them as Chi Kung but their will be plenty of opportunities to practice the martial applications of appropriate patterns.

Fine Points
This course is only open to those who have learnt the core skills of entering a chi kung state of mind, flowing breeze swaying willows and standing meditation directly from me, a certified Shaolin Wahnam Institute instructor or from my teacher.

This course will build on the skills learnt during the introduction to Shaolin Cosmos Chi Kung. Helping you to deepen your practice and experience even greater benefits from your practice.

Expected Results
Be able to generate an internal flow of energy - and be able to use this flow to improve health and well being across the 4 main areas of your life: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual.

To deepen the skills learnt during the introduction to Shaolin Chi Kung - this course will help you to increase your understanding of the core skills learnt and present you with new skills that will allow you to tap deeper into the many benefits Shaolin Chi Kung has to offer.

To have fun learning a variety of new exercises - I believe that learning should be an enjoyable experience. You will benefit from learning a new set of exercises with a group of like minded people.

Be able to apply basic Taijiquan and Shaolin Kung Fu techniques - after this course you will be able to defend yourself against and be able to perform basic punches, kicks and throws.

Format
The course will be taught in 3 parts. Each part will be a self-contained course. You need not take them in order. Each part will last 8 weeks, and will cover 6 of the 18 exercises.
